The resort occupies just one percent of its own 2,800-hectare conservancy. The Wolgan Valley is approximately 26 kilometres long and seven kilometres wide. PROPERTY TERMS
If you are unable to travel (or utilise the accommodation and services previously confirmed), cancellation fees may apply.
A change in the length of stay or dates of your reservation is subject to availability and may result in a rate change. A revision made to a booking may also constitute a cancellation. In case of shortened length of stay, the cancellation policy will apply for the cancelled nights. If a booking deposit must be refunded, please note that any credit card surcharge or currency fluctuation is unable to be refunded.

• 59 days or less prior to arrival, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of total booking cost is applicable.
Room downgrade / amendment policy
Guests are entitled to one change of date, utilising the prepaid amount. It is available between 7 and 14 days or more prior to arrival during High Season and Year-Round Season. Festive Season reservations are not entitled to any change of dates.
The difference must be paid should the room rate for the new booking be higher than the original room rate and should the room rate for the new booking be lower, any difference in value is forfeited. The new booking must travel within 6 months of original arrival date, or any prepaid amount is forfeited. Any prepaid amount is forfeited if the new booking is cancelled, regardless of when cancellation is advised.

Early Departures or No-Shows
A fee equivalent to 100% per night plus taxes for early departures applies. In the event of a no-show (i.e. you neither use nor cancel your reservation), a fee equivalent to the value of the entire stay will be incurred. Early departures or cancellations due to inclement weather are fully chargeable.
Travel Insurance
Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley reserves the right not to provide exemptions from its cancellation policy for medical or personal matters, inclement weather, or other circumstances. It is recommended to purchase adequate travel insurance prior to confirmation and acceptance of terms, conditions, and cancellation policy.
COVID-19 Update
In the event that there is a COVID-19 related travel ban, health or quarantine restriction at your point of departure or at the resort destination that restricts you from traveling to the resort destination, the resort will provide a full refund for a pre-paid reservation and/or waive all applicable penalties. In the event that you are in-residence at the resort and unable to depart the resort destination on schedule due to a COVID-19 travel ban, health or quarantine restriction, the resort will extend your stay based on a discretionary reduced rate off Best Available Rate (BAR).
RATES: All rates are per villa, per night, quoted in Australian Dollars include 10% GST
NIGHTLY INCLUSIONS: nightly rates include gourmet breakfast, lunch and dinner, non-alcoholic beverages and selected regional wine and beer with meals, in-villa snack bar and two on-site activities per person per day from the scheduled complimentary list (as defined by the Resort and subject to change without notice). Any additional services, activities, private touring, spa treatments, etc. will be charged directly to the guest’s account.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in time for all guests is 3.00pm local time. Check-out time is 11.00am local time. For guaranteed earlier access to guest rooms, payment of 100% of the full contract daily rate is required for the night prior and is strictly subject to availability. Late check-out fees may apply for check-out after 11.00am.
GROUP RATES: Rates are valid for FIT (individual) bookings up to maximum of 5 villas only. Rates for group, conference, incentive or event business are available upon request.
ROOM ALLOCATION: Resort is unable to guarantee any request for a specific room number at time of booking. Resort will make every effort to confirm such requests, however, will only be able to advise at the time of the guest’s arrival.
OCCUPANCY AND NUMBERS OF GUESTS: Upon guest arrival, should there be any discrepancies from the confirmed reservation details (villa, number of people, age of children etc.) the Resort reserves the right to charge the guest directly for any applicable supplements. The Resort’s bedding policy will strictly apply without exception.
ARRIVAL INFORMATION: Arrival and departure details are to be provided to Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley Reservations prior to arrival. Guests self-driving are required to advise approximate arrival time. Guests self-driving to resort will be collected at the security entrance car parking area by Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley vehicle and transferred to the resort.
ACTIVITY INFORMATION: Certain on-site activities offered may be cancelled without prior notice should it be deemed that prevailing climatic or other conditions would make activity participation sufficiently hazardous or uncomfortable. Any participation in on-site activities shall be strictly at the client’s own risk. The Resort shall not be held liable for any injury to persons or loss of or damage to property caused directly or indirectly by reason of any circumstances including but not limited to inconvenience, accident, mishap, native wildlife, expense or delay beyond the Resort’s control. Clients may be required to sign a waiver at check-in at the Resort, a copy of which will be provided to the Company upon request.
VALIDITY: The Resort reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time in the event that the company fails to comply with the terms of this Agreement. Failure by the Resort to enforce at any time any of the provisions of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any rights nor affect the validity of the Agreement nor prejudice the Resort as regards to subsequent action.
FORCE MAJEURE. Failure (in whole or in part) or delay on the part of the either Party in the performance of any of the obligations imposed upon such Parties hereunder shall be excused and such Party shall not be liable for damages or otherwise on account thereof, when such failure or delay is the direct or indirect result of any of the following causes occurring at or effecting the Resort or which renders the reservation impossible (each, a ‘Force Majeure Event’): acts of God, including, but not limited to hurricanes, tornadoes, fire or flood, and malicious mischief, insurrection, riot, strikes, lockouts, boycotts, picketing, labor disturbance, public enemy, war (declared or undeclared), compliance with any governmental law, regulation, order, rule, recommendation, request or suggestion of government (foreign or domestic) acting under claim or color of authority.
