✓ Tours operate rain, snow or shine, all year-round.
✓ Extra layers are required, even in summer. In the winter months, we advise you to dress as if you’re going skiing!
✓ Sturdy, closed-toe footwear is essential on all tours. Tours include stair climbing and trail walking. You must be able to walk unassisted.
✓ Suitable for ages 6+, please advise at time of booking if your child is under 30kg/65lbs.
✓ Weight limit on all tours is strictly 125kg (275lbs). Minimum weight limit of 20kg (44lbs) on the Kererū Tour and 30kg (66lbs) on the Kea Tour.
✓ All participants under the age of 18 years must have a parent or guardian sign their waiver. Guests must be a minimum of 15 years old to zip without a guardian.
✓ Pregnant guests are unable to take part in a zipline tour.
✓ Please keep personal belongings to a minimum. Phones and cameras are welcome, provided they can be secured.
✓ Tours depart from the Ziptrek Treehouse, at the top of the Skyline gondola. Check-in at the Ziptrek Treehouse at least 15 minutes before departure. During peak periods like Christmas and New Year, we recommend allowing a minimum of 1.5 hrs to access the upper Skyline complex from the base terminal.
